Aidin Caye is the artist alias for Benoni-born producer, songwriter and social media junkie, Adrien Conradie. Having started DJing at 16 at schools and functions, he quickly realised that his passion lay in making and performing music for others and sharing his passion with those who would take the time listen.
Along with his passion for making music and playing it live, he developed a fascination for social media and how to use it effectively to market and promote his music, and the music of others. Whilst obtaining his qualification in Sound Engineering, he was hired as an intern at Music Entertainment Solutions Hub (MESH) as a digital intern managing YouTube content, and quickly transitioned to label/product manager at their sister company, Soul Candi Records.
Fast forward a few months and he now heads up the dance division of Universal Music South Africa as well as creating effective marketing campaigns for artists such as Black Coffee, Nicky Romero, TiMO ODV, Gangs of Ballet and more.
